Disclosure of Commission

In accordance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations and AMFI guidelines, we are required to disclose that we receive trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distributing their mutual fund schemes to investors.

Nature of Commission

• We receive trail commission only — no upfront commission is received.
• Trail commission is paid as a percentage of Assets Under Management (AUM) on an ongoing basis.
• Commission rates vary across fund houses and schemes.
• No commission is received on Direct Plans of mutual funds.
• No commission is received on our own investments.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

The commission we receive may vary across different mutual fund schemes and AMCs. We endeavour to recommend schemes based solely on the financial goals, risk profile and investment horizon of our clients — and not on the basis of commission earned.

Investors are advised that they have the option to invest directly through AMCs in Direct Plans, which have a lower expense ratio as no distributor commission is paid.
